Purpose of processing: responding to the submitted inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller in handling correspondence).

Retention period: data is retained for the time necessary to handle the inquiry, no longer than 12 months from its completion.

3. Form handled by Netlify

The contact form on this site is handled by Netlify, Inc. (2325 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Submitted data goes to Netlify's servers, where it is stored and made available to the site administrator.

Netlify applies standard contractual clauses ensuring an adequate level of protection for data transferred outside the European Economic Area. More information can be found in Netlify's privacy policy.

The sind.pl website does not use external analytics tools and does not set cookies for tracking users. Session cookies may be set only by the browser to ensure proper functioning of the site.
